Refund and Cancellation for Kempinski Hotel and Resorts
1.Before 24 Hours
Guests who cancel their reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
2. Same Day
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled check-in or later will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Procedure
To cancel a reservation, guests must contact Kempinski Hotel and Resorts directly via phone or email and provide their booking details.
